On Friday 2nd September a group of enthusiastic volunteers from West Mercia were finally able to step on board Midland Region’s Promo Bus “Betty” when she arrived in Star City, Birmingham.
“Betty” was rescued by Commibus from ending up in the scrapyard. Her exterior graphics were designed by Hurricane to showcase the fun and adventurous activities enjoyed by by members of Girlguiding. Whilst inside the bus there were opportunities for girls, young women and adult volunteers.
